At Crystal Residence, a premium hotel-style service awaits you. Our property features a fully independent and contactless check-in system—there is no need to meet the host in person to collect or return keys. This ensures maximum privacy, speed, and flexibility for your travel schedule.

📥 Step-by-Step Check-in Process
Enter the central lobby of Crystal Residence, where you will find the front desk. The reception operates 24/7 (day and night), giving you the complete freedom to arrive at any time after 3:00 PM. Please inform the staff that you are staying in Apartment 314 and present your passport or photo ID. They will instantly issue your electronic key card.
Take the main elevator to the 3rd floor and locate Apartment 314. Hold your electronic key card against the black sensor display located right above the door handle. You will hear a short beep, and a green light will flash. Push the handle down, and the apartment is open!
⚠️ Important Notice: The door locks automatically when closed. Whenever you leave the apartment, always double-check that you have the electronic key card with you and that it is not left inside the room!
📤 Step-by-Step Check-out Rules
Before your departure (no later than 12:00 PM), please kindly ensure that the following standard points are taken care of:
- 💳 Key Card Return: Take the electronic key card with you upon leaving the room, proceed to the first floor, and hand it back to the receptionist on duty.
- 💡 Power & Appliances: Please make sure that the television, washing machine, and all lights are turned off. The heating system does not require any adjustment—it automatically switches to an eco-friendly mode.
- 🪟 Window Safety: Please check that the balcony door and all windows are securely locked. Weather conditions in Bakuriani can change rapidly, and this is crucial for safety.
- 🗑️ Household Trash: If you have accumulated household trash, you can conveniently dispose of it in the shared trash bins located within the complex premises.
